By joining the LoreMaster waitlist, beta program, or using the LoreMaster mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You retain full ownership of every world, character, location, faction, document and conversation you create or import. We do not claim any rights to your content. We do not use your content to train machine-learning models, ours or any third party's. Ever.
The Service is currently in closed beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Beta access is granted on a per-account basis and may be revoked at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe anyone else's rights, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or generate content that depicts minors in sexual contexts, real-world violence directed at specific individuals, or hate speech.
LoreMaster offers a free tier and a paid Premium tier. Premium is billed via the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refund requests are handled by the relevant platform per their refund policy.
You may delete your account at any time from in-app Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to waitlist members and beta users at least 14 days before they take effect.
